I thought you all might like to know that Paul's blood counts are still pretty good (white - 3.4, hemoglobin - 9.9, platelets 196) and he received his Vincristine injection yesterday. He has also started the Matulane (Procarbazine). This is the nasty pill that he takes 3 times a day for 2 weeks. While he's on the Procarbazine he can't eat cheese or chocolate, so don't put any chocolate bunnies in his Easter basket! Many other foods just don't taste very good to him, but milk shakes usually work pretty good, so if you have vanilla ice cream and milk around, he won't starve.

It usually takes about a week after he's done with the Procarbazine before he feels good, so he may not feel very peppy while we're in Southern Illinois and Indiana. He is planning to bring his bike along, though. I don't know if I'll bring mine or not. I only rode once last summer - a short ride on the tandem on our anniversary - and I've been neglecting my exercises for several months, so I'm in terrible shape.
