Paul had his blood counts checked today, and they are pretty good. White - 6.5, Hemoglobin - 10.3, Platelets 67. However, the volume of his red blood cells is large, so the doctor prescribed Folic Acid. I don't really know what that means.

We went to a cancer support group meeting tonight. It was our second time there. They had a potluck tonight, so there wasn't as much group interaction as there was the time before, but there was lots of good food and we enjoyed it. The wife of one of Paul's biking friends is a chemo nurse, so she was there and we visited with her. She's not usually on duty when Paul goes for his chemo.

Well, gotta go update my Access database with Paul's new medicine. The doctors are always impressed when I hand them a computer printout of all of Paul's meds.
