We're going to see a doctor at the University of Illinois tomorrow to see if they have any clinical trials that don't require platelets of 100,000. If nothing develops there, Paul will probably start taking tamoxifen. He has an eye exam Tuesday morning. If everything's ok, I should be able to go pick up a prescription from Dr. Nicholas on Wednesday, and I assume he could start taking it right away. Northwestern doesn't have any clinical trials that Paul would qualify for, and I don't really expect U of I to have anything, but at least we'll feel like we have checked out all the options.
